Bought a $5 single with govt sticker intact. Tore sticker off and opened bottle and it was empty. Sealproof cap missing too once cap removed. Fraud n theft goin on at this outlet. Buyer beware. No way ro can prove it unless u catch it during purchase....

The staff are always super friendly and the store is well stocked. They're very good at asking for ID aswell. Floors can get dirty if that's something you'd care about(for whatever reason), but overall, it's a great experience every time I go in

32 years old with ID. Refused service due to my Drivers license being 26 days expired. Though I had plenty of other things to show it's me including my Birth Certificate and SIN card, the clerk failed to use his own judgment and seemed set to just refuse service. I've worked in a smoke shop when younger, I know the policies. You can definitely use your judgment during this scenario. With plenty of evidence that im definitely NOT a minor, this was one of those situations where I can't help but wonder if it was a racial thing. I usually grow my own bud but sometimes like to just sample what's out there. Probably won't be sampling nslc anymore. In the end, the manager had a solution to get me on my way.

The Blonde cashier in Cannabis is amazing, she was super helpful and knew alot about the products, she answered all of my questions and she was very nice. I love when shopping here when she is working!

A larger NSLC store with a wide variety of products to choose from. Although they did not have what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and friendly. On this visit, there was a very strong cannabis smell throughout the store. I am not sure if this is normal due to the Cannabis Section at the back or if there was some other reason. I am not a cannabis user and did not like the smell. I expect this would not be an issue for people who use cannabis products, however, if it smells like that all the time, I suggest NSLC finds a way to remediate the odour for non-cannadis users like me.

RACIST cannabis store!!I went there to buy cannabis as soon as I talk to that middle aged lady, first her tone is rude and asked for passport considering I don’t drive or something Even I was talking to her with smile her response gave me like I don’t belong here in Canada , I had Ontario ID which is expired couple months ago but still date of birth is same, she rejected it, and then I tried to show my passport and NS license from my phone she refused to see, btw I’m 39 Years old!!!I understand we should have valid ID but my ID was valid couple till months ago, I don’t mind not giving the product but if they don’t like Indians at least act, doesn’t have to be rudeAny Indians who wants to buy from from NSLC, please avoid this one atleast you’ll have respect from other NSLC’sEven it’s far I’ll prefer to go to Halifax stores, will never step into this store again in my life, period.
