Every time I come without fail the staff won’t give the clearly advertised discounts. The style of jean I was buying was exactly what was advertised on the sign directly above them and I asked if they were discounted and pointed and the cashier just goes “oh, those were probably just put in the wrong spot.” There was a whole pile of them there, so clearly not. Kind of ridiculous, and the girl working seemed bothered by us being there.

Sorry, but the bathrooms are nasty. When I mentioned it to the old guy working there, he shrugged it off and said it was ‘the public’s doing.’
Excuse me? Aren’t you the employees responsible for keeping them clean?

Got my order wrong. The staff didn't communicate my order number to me,so had no idea when it was ready.
Also when I asked for them to correct my oder two staff looked at me and started laughing

Completely lost any business from myself and my family.
Went in the other day hoping to find something to wear and my beautiful cousin asked one of the staff members where the plus size clothing is. The woman then looked her up and down and told her " well just so you know the biggest size we have is XXL and that's a 2x"
It is disgusting that in 2024 you still have an appallingly closed mindset and if that's the mindset you have you should NOT be in customer service whatsoever.
If you're looking for anything plus sized do not shop here or you'll face backlash from at least one of the in my opinion ugly minded staff members.
