I should have waited until it was done to leave the review. The work was done perfectly and the original quote held up. Very happy with the experience!

We had a car door repainted after a minor collision a few years ago but it was beginning to have issues. We were very impressed with the service in terms of having it repainted. We no longer live near the collision centre but they paid to have it done in Saint John. They also paid the rental fee for the car needed while it was in the shop. They were so professional and efficient. We have become accustomed to poor service in recent years at most businesses so it was a rare treat to have service that was so amazing. Just wanted to let everyone know how amazing they were- the warranty was definitely honoured and it is worth keeping the piece of paper!

I was extremely well taken care of here. I had an issue with my insurance and Jackie and Christian did their everything to make the best out of the situation. Things went a lot smoother thanks to them.

Amazing staff and amazing customer service!!
Jackie and Chico went out of their way at 2pm on a Friday afternoon to source, arrange pickup and then install a new replacement battery for my car. My car battery had died in the repair shop just shortly before I was going to pick up my car after it being in the shop for 9 days for a collision repair. I’m beyond grateful for their concern over my battery dilemma and
for going over and above to resolve the problem for me.
I’m also very grateful and happy with the
excellent repair of the rear bumper and tailgate of my 2018 VW Golf after being rear ended by an uninsured driver. My car looks like new again and the paint matches perfectly.
Thank you again so much O’Regan’s Collision Centre for taking care of my car and me.

I bring my 2023 VW ID.4 to fix the front end after an accident. They done a rapid and complete estimate, although three parts toke 3 months to be delivered, cause by the logistic chains, nothing to do with the collision center. They regularly kept me informed of the situation and at the end, the car look brand new. Very satisfied of the repair.

Had my car in for some minor body work due to a collision, it was all outdoor surface. The repair seemed to go fine. However when I picked my car up when the repair was completed, my car would not start.
I went inside & informed the staff that it wasnt starting & they sent someone out with a booster to boost my car. As he was boosting, I was getting my belongings out of my rental car, when I overheard the tech & another tech who was with him say that "Yeah I had to boost it earlier today". When I questioned them as to why I wasnt informed that my car had trouble starting earlier, they lied to my face and told me "Oh we weren't talking about YOUR car"... A huh..
Anywho the car started with the jump & I brought it home, turned it off, & went to turn back on, to see if it would start, & it would not.. My husband took the car back to the shop the next morning, advising we are still having the starting issues.
After some back & forth, they did hook it up to a machine, and said all seemed good mechanically, no codes were coming up, but I probably needed a new battery. My husband advised the battery was less than 6 months old..
After 3 days of myself and my husband driving around, dropping the battery off to be tested at another location, and swapping through borrowed cars, we were advised my the secondary shop that the collision centre clearly drained the battery completely, by leaving a light on, or a door open too long. Ultimately the battery was able to be trickle charged for 24 hours & it fixed the issue.
My issue here is that the collision centre did absolutely NOTHING to assist us. WE did all of the running around, WE fixed the problem they caused. We were lied to, & there was zero accountability taken by the collision centre. I never even got an apology. 100% do not recommend, literally take your car anywhere else..

As a result of a relatively minor collision in December, 2023 (that was not my fault) it was suggested that I go to O'Regan's for the repairs. Not only did they speed up my repairs (I had a safety inspection due in a month's time) but they also continuously kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and the parts ordering situation. Once the repairs were completed I was pleasantly surprised that they had also done an interior cleaning of my car. I could not have been happier with their service or their communications. Great job!

Great service! Unfortunately within the past 2 years I have had to go here twice. They were great to deal with and always kept us updated on our vehicle. If your insurance company asks you to go somewhere I highly recommend here!

I gave them one star just to write this review..I had my driver's side door clipped by another vehicle and had to have it totally replaced which isn't that big of a job but it cost me 4,485$ and they quoted me one week to repair it..It was just one day short of two weeks that it ended up being in the shop.. I'm no expert on this type of work but I'm pretty sure I could have built a whole car by the time this was fixed.. That's all I have to say about this place.

Total professionals and they did a great job on my Mazda 3. Got hit in a Shoppers Drug Mart.
