As a single woman, I felt extremely taken advantage of dealing with this dealership. I thankfully consulted outside sources before firming up my sale & I am so thankful. I saved myself 3% on interest and at least $3,000 on my trade in. It was so hard to get any written documents from the dealership and i did not recieve any financing or interest options. I have expressed my concerns to the dealership directly and simply writing as a warning to any single females shopping for a car- go somewhere they care about you and your finances and will work towards getting you the best deal and clearly communicate everything to you!!!

CEO's Hummer EV
So I'm writing this because it is a very unique situation that doesn't happen often. Anyone who pays for charging at this location is technically a paying customer. Knowing this. This location has the only publically accessible DC fast charger on this side of the harbour and the next closest one is across the bridge in Halifax.
CEO of this company has a large hummer EV that takes roughly 3-4 hours to charge on this specific DC fast charger. When I saw that this truck will take 3 hours to charge I went into the Hyundai dealership then Toyota dealership and asked nicely if its possible for the CEO to move his truck because I was technically a paying customer and wanted to pay for service that the dealership provided also to charge my car it would only take an hour at most.
Because he's a CEO, not a single one of the employees wanted to assist which is why I'm making this comment. I believe that if the most important person in the company should care about his customers who are the ones that allowed him to afford to drive a $200,000 EV

Never thought I'd say this about a dealership but I enjoy going there. Service advisors are professional and caring, same with the sales team. Everyone there just wants to ensure you're completely satisfied and they don't try to upsell, nor is there any pressure.
