Had a terribly poor experience here today (September 21st, 2025). My wife and daughter stopped in at the store to pick up a birthday gift for my mother in law, their interaction was alright however as they were ringing through their item they asked about the Status Card tax exemption (which has been accepted in the past as we have purchased MANY items from this store), and were met with a very rude response. The saleswoman was disgusted and told them that “The Province of Nova Scotia does NOT accept them.” To which my wife replied “Well that’s funny because Charm Diamond across the mall just accepted it, so did Aerie and the Body Shop.” To which the saleswoman said in a less than favourable tone “I’m telling you, the WHOLE Province doesn’t accept it anymore.” My wife (understandably so) felt very upset and racially targeted during this altercation, and this could be seen as dismissive discrimination not only on the staff’s part but also the Pandora name in general. I know when I speak for myself, my family as well as my friends, community members and fellow status card holders, we will NOT be purchasing anything from a store that openly allows discriminatory treatment to it’s First Nations customers ever again. If you don’t accept the status card that’s fine we’re used to being denied, but there is no need to blatantly lie about it and be rude.

I visited mic mac mall recently & the lady there helped me put together really beautiful gift to my wife. Me & my wife had delt with her before as well & she just does an excellent job. Very patient, listens to your request & works within the budget. We really like visiting the store at mic mac everyone is very friendly. Slsprsn: Tharushi M

The staff is very patient in showing the things and choosing the right one unlike other Pandora stores especially in pickering, ON. I would recommend visiting just once before going somewhere else.

Does this makes its own policies. I came from Halifax to Dartmouth to pick my order unfortunately the size of my ring was bigger and I wanted to change the size. The lady was like WE ARE NOT DOING ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS TODAY. This is ridiculous I bought something and I was sad in the end cause it doesn’t fit me and store won’t change.

I made a purchase on the website because it said curb side was available. My order was ready in less than an hour I called to set up curbside and they said they only offered it during covid. I explained I had a sprained ankle and couldn't walk around the mall. Charlie was able to set up a time and door to park at to do curbside. I called her when I got there. She was out in less than 5 minutes. She even had to make a second trip for the reciept. She was sweet and friendly and happy to help! Very good customer service.

Very few items on display. You had to tell them what you were looking for and they brought out one tray at a time for your viewing. Very time consuming. Not a place to browse when you're trying to decide on a gift for someone. We ended up leaving frustrated.

The lady working at the MicMac location was so helpful and kind unlike the Lady’s at the Halifax location who were very rude and unhelpful and told me to go to MicMac instead.
