Ordered close to $300 in bras. Canada Post at first lost them but we managed to recover them. I'm on fixed disabled income (Veteran) so I have to save up to get new bras. This is the only company I can get low cost, quality bras in my size. 5 Stars for quality, 4 stars for their choice of shipper (Canada Post).

My boyfriend was in to pick up a pair pants and two shirts yesterday and I can’t get out of the vehicle because my legs not working and I’m living in the hospital at the moment. The lady that was at the cashier was good enough to come out to th truck and show me a pair of pants asked me if I was the right one. I don’t know her name, but she deserves much much credit, she went well beyond customer service. Thank you again.

Janet at the Tacoma Drive location… she actually gave me a pair of pants that she had put on hold for herself (!!) because it was the only one left in my size.It actually brought up emotion in me because it is very hard to feel good in clothes and she made it so much easier for me.Thank you Janet.

I was at the Dartmouth location on Monday July 11th and I went in looking for a dress for my upcoming wedding out of province and the 2 ladies there were awesome I’m not sure of their names but one in particular kept bringing me in things to try as I was getting frustrated because nothing was suiting me but she kept on showing me differ t things for me to try she went out of her way to help me find something and giving me advice on what would look good with my body type, she went the extra mile to help me find something even calling a Penningtons in another providence to hold an item but they wouldn’t but I did leave without finding a dress but she told me a place to go, hopefully she reads this but I did find a dress and that m you again so much for your help that day you are incredibly awesome .

Lovely shop and fabulous people! The ladies here are warm and friendly, know their product well, and are always on hand to encourage customers to try new looks and be adventurous. Much laughter and fun every time I visit this store!Throughout the pandemic, the Penn ladies observed all the precautions, and still made customers feel welcome and relaxed. Shopping here is always enjoyable.
