Excellent store with a wide variety of pet products. The grooming service is outstanding, always done with great care and professionalism. The staff is friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. As a nice bonus, there is a Brazilian staff member working there, which makes the experience even more welcoming. Highly recommended!

They are my go-to for my cat's Rx diet. Other retailers make this purchase much more difficult than necessary. My cat has a chronic health issue that makes this food an absolute necessity. It is much more expensive than non-Rx food so in other words, I would have to be crazy to try to buy this food if it were not necessary and my cat will never stop needing this food until he dies! Yet I still have trouble buying it elsewhere! Make it make sense!

I've taken my dog to PetSmart for the wash and blow dry a couple times now and I've been happy each time.
I own an English Springer spaniel. He has long fur and it is a lot of work. They did an excellent job brushing him out. He looked beautiful.
My dog has separation anxiety and I was nervous leaving him. He seemed upset but the groomer was so nice. She seemed very patient with him. He didn't seem as scared as I thought he'd be. I think it's because of her.
She also was extremely nice to me at our last visit. I was late and having a bad day, and she went out of her way to make my dog look extra handsome. I really appreciate the kindness and customer service I got that day.

One particular staff was rude. My dog peed and one staff shouted "clean after your dog" didnt give us time to look for some tissue. been a dog owner for years and I have been a responsible dog owner!!!! will never go back! pls teach your staff some basic training! i can pay for your cleaning fee

We have taken our Morkie here many times and they always do great work.
This last appt. I was running late and my phone died. The staff did a routine call to my partner to make sure I was on the way. When he phoned me and I was unable to be reached, naturally he was worried.
When I got to the salon and explained my phone had died the salon team took the time to call my husband back, explain I arrived and my phone just died.
This was really kind of them and brought further comfort our pup is in good hands.

Hello, it is time to share my secret with you. I have the good fortune to have an exceptional dog groomer for my two dogs. Stephanie at Petsmart/ countryview dr has been caring for my dogs for a few years now and I can tell you with the upmost certainty that she checks all the boxes when it comes to the level of care for Charlie & Oskar. Without hesitation she is the best groomer my dogs have ever had. Stephanie is attentive and extremely caring from the moment we enter the salon. I have learned not to worry when they are in her care. I know and feel she is caring for those animals as if they are her own. She has bonded well with them and they trust her completely. I can’t say enough about Stephanie and her level of expertise and dedication to her work. She is an outstanding person who has worked hard to make sure that she offers the very best in what she does. I will note that the staff at countryview dr are the best. I hope you recognize the staff especially Stephanie because she is worthy of recognition and appreciation. Thank you again for above and beyond great service.

The staff here are incredible and their customer service is top notch. The woman working last night, I've interacted with on a few occasions, and it's easy to tell she genuinely loves animals and cares about their wellbeing.
