PODS made our move effortless! From the initial contact with customer service, to the delivery driver who brought the POD to our new location, everything was seamless. Every person we spoke to was helpful, kind, and professional. Their timing was incredible. The pick-up/drop-off time window is spot on, and driver phoned when he was 40 mins out, and he arrived on time for both delivery and pick-up. This DOES NOT happen with other companies, you end up waiting all day. So happy we decided to go with PODS, and if we find ourselves in a situation in the future where we need moving/storage, we will 100% be using PODS.

4 or 5 stars for just about every stage of moving. Super friendly customer service reps on the phone and professional, helpful and easygoing delivery drivers.

Originally chose pods for the convenience however ran into many problems with pricing. Resolution was very frustrating and still paid over what was anticipated. Delivery days in my new city were select which added extra rental costs. Overall not impressed would not use again.

I had dealt with Gerald, marketing manager over at this location. As well as Matt, one of the delivery members who place these PODS with their systems with precision like you would not believe.
I had a few issues with some last minute storage requirements, and had to have the POD placed and then removed within pretty quick timelines and months apart, and these guys made it happen.
Great management and delivery crew to deal with, and very accommodating.

Don't bother going through the website. The price it showed me was $324 for what I wanted, I was having issues with the website so I called them and they turned around and said it was actually $500 and weren't willing to budge at all when it came to the advertised price.

Excellent customer service all around, from phone reservation, to delivery & pick up. So convenient & easy to use...made our planning for our move so much wasier. Highly recommend. The driver, Matt, was amazing!

Great on-site customer service, easy and convenient, I am in the process of emptying the last pod, I have had them one year now, access has been as simple as a couple clicks on the site. Accessing pods at the pods facility was spacious and the pods were well positioned. This was my second move made with pods, the convenience and the flexibility to load and access was the reason I used Pods.

I recently used POD storage when moving across Canada from BC to NS. Because my personal affects were arriving before I was, I needed a storage option and went with PODs. I rented a medium-sized POD which was perfect for my needs. It was stored in the driveway of my new home and waiting for me when I arrived. Having my personal items close by instead of at a self storage unit was extremely helpful as I could unload it at my leisure. The delivery and pick up of the POD was so smooth thanks to the friendly and expert drivers. The PODzilla is an amazing machine and so fun to watch in action. Highly recommend PODs!

Expensive service but very convenient when needing to store things between two properties. We used them for a local move and received good service from them. I wouldn't store anything that is fragile or close to your heart as there is always a chance your stuff will get wrecked but that's expected when they are transporting a shipping container between locations and storage. Overall good service, would use again in a pinch.

Do not ret these pods they ruined my stuff I put in it pod had holes in the roof have pictures and there insurance company rejected our claim so we lost thousands of dollars in furniture and memories
