I had a great experience here with Reason, a Nepalese guy who really knew his stuff, and Debbie, his team lead. Really great staff help. Hoping the store manager reads this because they were so helpful getting my UK bought drill to work with a different hose size ultimately requiring 4 different adapters parts.
People like this should be paid well.

Called the store to check availability of a Hyundai 2019 accent rearshield wiper and the person on the phone mentioned that they have it and they sell all kinds of windshield wipers only for me to drive 20 minutes to come and find out they dont sell rear windshield wipers at all. Nonsense.

Drove down and bought a multi meter yesterday. Opened it up today, turns out that the side of the package had been cut open and the three watch batteries inside the multimeter are dead. Super frustrating to get a product in this condition that the returns department didn't check

Drove from Stewiacke to pick up two tires - had spoken to staff member (July 31st) confirmed SQ # etc. - didn't need to hold as they had plenty (in Surplus)...drove all the way in and that evening at 7pm no one could find them (Mike) - "we'll call if we find or you call in tomorrow" - is what I was told; called in and spoke to Rhim and told I'll look; he says he did; he put on hold and now I drive all the way back to Princess Auto without even an apology when I asked "WHY couldn't they be found last night when I drove all the way there?" You expound great customer service don't you think it might start with an apology?

Bought network cable from Haley(Cashier). She was so busy talking to her coworker then when i went there didn’t even say hi or anything also has so much attitude for nothing. When i ask about the product she had zero knowledge about it and didn’t even say thank you. SO RUDE

Two times now i have ordered items from the website that were “in stock online” only to have part of the order shipped, and they cancelled the other items due to “inventory issues”
I payed for shipping for all items, if i had know i would not be getting all items i would not have paid for shipping and NOT ordered from Princess Auto, what a scam.
I also drove an hour to store once for an item that showed several in stock, asked the store where the item was, and after 10min of waiting was told they had several people looking for that item already and they didn’t know where they were/could not find them. WELL ADJUST YOUR STOCK TO NOT SHOW IN STOCK! But that would take common sense to do when they could not find the items the first time, which this company staff has none of. Had enough of Princess Auto, Amazon it is for me from now on.
