I brought my bike in for an oil change, a mvi and a new chain. I had a horrible experience at their shop. Their techs over filled my engine with oil and scratched the same fender three times after being gaslit to believe my bike wouldn’t shift past second because I had my clutch lever to close to my bar and now, after a few weeks my bike is burning oil. Even if they paid me to step foot back on that property I wouldn’t.

I have been going to this bike shop most of my life. Great selection and service! Parts counter always helpful. Can be hard to phone in at times but better off to go in anyway

The parts department will price match Fortnine, and bringing them a loose wheel is $43. Less than 24hrs later, the wheel was ready for pick up.
Chantal(?) in Parts and Matt in Service were both fantastic to deal with.
4 stars because I haven't bought any big ticket items. But that Honda Monkey does make a strong case, I just don't think they need two RnineTs on the showroom floor.

Great experience with this dealership from service to sales. Was travelling from Ontario via motorcycle and engine issues just outside of Halifax. Service department got me in immediately for an assessment. Rather than limp home, decided to trade in and purchase new through Pro Cycle. They had me set up and on the road right away without missing a beat.
Recommend 100%

2023 Triumph Tiger with electrical issues, broke down. Ryan, driving a Pro Honda Van, stopped and offered assistance. We worked through various options of the cause. To no avail, he offered transport of my bike to Pro Honda and to further transport my bike to local Triumph dealer.
I’m so impressed by the effort and thoughtful response by Ryan to help and assist.
I’m a a 2X Africa Twin owner and love my ATV rubicon. All Pro Honda Purchases.
Thank you

Awesome facility with a lot of parts, everyone was super helpful and nice. Riding from California, Matt and the rest of the service department did a great job of catering to my maintenance needs on the super tenere. All very knowledgeable and kind, highly recommend especially if traveling far.

I feel like I'm getting hustled ...bought a bike second hand from a gentleman who took it here for a 30k km inspection. They were supposed to check over the entire bike and do a full inspection. The previous owner gave me the receipts for this and they did some maintenance work as well as some warranty work. It even says the mechanic would like to see it again at 1000 km's to make sure everything is looking good . The previous owner drove it home and parked it for the winter and listed it for sale . I decided to purchase the bike even tho I didn't have a license yet . I rented a trailer and drove it home and parked it until today . I just did the 2 day licensing course over the weekend and was so excited to get out on the road . My first time on the bike today and my first time on a bike. Drive it to Pro cycle for an inspection and it fails and I get a $750. About a 100kms since it was there last , the previous owner driving it home, and then me driving it there today . I wonder if the previous owner would have taken it today for the inspection, would it have failed? ?

For starters previously purchased from them before and a recent 2K Honda lawnmower. I called about maybe trading in my new Yamaha 2024 dirtbike because of an injury preventing me from riding it. Spoke with Candice which I dealt with before briefly about the lawnmower and Had a similar feeling of standoffish attitude As I inquiry about the lawnmower, the specs and the pricing. But today went in to talk to the manager (Geoff) to try and have a better understanding of what if anything I could do or if they were even interested. Arrived and was told by Candice that they would do 7K on a new bike that I paid over $10,500 for. I was told that the manager would be back in five minutes he was out for lunch. Manager arrived, I stood around for five minutes as I watched him walk behind the desk, drink his coffee And open his laptop Looking at me standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I heard Candice whisper to him, ‘here’s the guy about the bike I don’t know what else he wants, I told him we could give him 7K for the bike“ I stood there after hearing this I was Immediately disappointed and upset by the lack of appreciation, acknowledgment and respect that the two of them displayed towards me as a past customer and a present customer there to potentially make a deal and a sale. The customer service is lacking severely, to the point of making someone feel like their bothering them or wasting their time by looking to discuss the potential trade of this bike. It’s a feeling of lackadaisical uninterested customer service that honestly I have never experienced in a business that operates on the business of other people coming into their store to purchase product. I guess Candice couldn’t appreciate that maybe I had other things to discuss with the “manager“ that perhaps was above her pay grade. Still waiting to be acknowledged by one of them, Finally, the manager (Geoff) says what can I do for you? I’m thinking well, what do you think? i’m here looking for a job, what do you think you can do for me? Not hello sir how are you? Let me help you with what you talked about on the phone with Candice… No, none of that. It’s a very cold dull, abysmal reaction. And a total put off not to mention feeling that the Interaction was unprofessional and lacked any emotion, interpersonal skill or customer appreciation whatsoever. I voiced my concern with Candice and Geoff immediately about the kind of service or lack of, that I was receiving. Clearly visibly upset by the nonchalant, uninterested disrespectful behavior. I said I will not be doing business here now nor will I be doing business here in the future, and expressed my feelings about their professional demeanor, customer service and behavior. I then asked to speak to his manager, which I was told there is none. He is the top guy so apparently he has no one to be accountable to? I then requested to have the name and the number of the owner so that I could bring this concern up with them. He insisted on telling me that he could not be contacted, he didn’t have a number and he was the guy you had to talk to. After some back-and-forth he gave me his name and the number to the store, but not his extension. I called and left a message on Justin‘s voicemail, the owner, but I don’t imagine I will be getting a call back. That’s OK they will never get another dime out of me and I will definitely let Honda know about the abysmal customer service that I received before and today and that I will not be back there at all to buy anything from that store again. (On a side note Ashton who originally sold me my lawnmower was a great guy and friendly.)
Clearly, a serious lack of appreciation, complacency and respect for the customer or customers that keep this place in business and the doors open. Congratulations you’ve lost another customer. Great customer service ?

So it’s been a few weeks since I went to pro cycle to buy a quad. I was dealing with Ashton there who made things seem less for me to buy a quad. I ended up buying the rancher with a few options. Since then I had it out in the woods a few times and I forgot how much fun these are. I had such an easy time with this dealership and with Ashton taking care of me. If you’re thinking on a bike or quad don’t hesitate to go to pro cycle and speak to Ashton. He will fix you up with something great.

Great offer of bikes. They do have clothing options as well, but I feel there is not a whole lot for woman.
