worst service ever, I chose this company to support a Canadian company, what a nightmare, 5 days delays because of the weather, all of my other packages with Fedex and UPS arrived on time, but these guys. even the pick up would be the same they said.

Brings one person to deliver a 140 pound package says they can’t deliver and I gotta pickup but won’t let me pickup and won’t give me my money back for my next day shipping

Absolutely awful service. Like many have said here, they will hold your package for days and weeks updating their system to say “delayed due to weather” day after day even though the weather is good. Pure laziness on their end. Do NOT use this company for mailing services.
