Clerks are generally nice, but...Was having trouble with my online banking account when trying to get a credit card so I came here to apply, brought all the necessary paperwork needed and everything went smoothly and was told I'd be contacted within 3-6 business days, Well that was until the guy I met with pretty much ghosted me and later turned out he put the complete wrong information into their system. Thanks Jack.

Not good service from a clerk. Don't have deep knowledge of his work. That do long waiting times and big ques.

Very accommodating staff, always taking the time to explain things to you in a way you'll understand. They're great at helping you weigh options for services or investments, and explaining the pros and cons of each option. Dealt with Lisa Marr last time, very impressed with her assistance.

I've had excellent experiences with their staff every time I've been there. My advisor was very knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to use the different tools available online, and get the most value out of them.
