Josh was amazing to deal with. He walked me through the whole process with the damage of my bronco and made sure the insurance company involved covered everything that needed to be fixed. I’m happy to report that Josh, Vern and the team over at Recon Express are absolute pros! I took my 2022 Tundra over to them after an incident I had with a snowbank. I had buckled the back passenger side door pretty good. Like a large indent and a crimp in the body line. It looked really bad. They were honest and upfront about the challenge of the job and then shared my options. I decided to go with a paint-less dent repair. They said they were hoping for bringing it to 80% or making it 80% invisible. Of course that option is about 1/3 the cost of repainting and the full painted repair and dent removal. Completed, I can hardly even find the spot that was dented. I would say it’s closer to 95% invisible! WOW! They did way better than I expected and my truck looks great again. They did it exactly to the quote and booked me in under two weeks after I went in for the quote. They wanted the truck for 2 days and called back the morning of the 2nd day. They are a family owned local business that care and do what they say they will do. Oh by the way, they just gave their office and customer service area a big facelift - looks great guys! Thank you for your help getting my truck back to new!

I took my fairly new Jeep over to Josh and his team at Recon Express after someone parked next toot me , carelessly opened their door and struck the side of my vehicle. They left a small dent and damaged the paint on my doorI’ve been in the auto industry for 25 years, I was looking at the damage and thinking by the time you take the door off, mask off the windows and trim, fill the dent with body fill paint and reclear the door you would be into $1500Josh got back to me with an estimate of $200 to pull the dent and if I brought some touch up paint they would do their best to repair the paint too. I told them I was fussy and to do whatever it took to restore the vehicle to pre-loss condition.I dropped it off first thing in the morning, six hours later the damaged panel is perfect. I cannot find any trace of the damage. And the best part is no body fill in the door.Definitely would recommend Josh and his team at Recon Express. Excellent experience!!

I took my 2019 Forester to Recon Express based on the very favourable reviews. There was some damage to my front bumper which I wanted to have repaired as a Christmas present to myself. I found Josh and the people there very friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate was fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with the quality of the repairs and so pleased with the result. There is a pleasant atmosphere there which makes you feel very comfortable. I would like to thank those who worked on my Forester and a Merry Christmas to Recon Express

I was so thoroughly impressed with this company and the people who work there!My initial estimate appointment was with Jeremy and he was such a kind, approachable, professional person. He was sympathetic to a scratch I incurred of my own fault, and of the multiple places I went to for a quote, he was the only one to suggest trying out buffing and paint pen touch up first, then wait over winter and see if I would still want a full repair job done. He was easy to talk to and I really appreciated his alternative solution - he should definitely be commended for a job well done!! (Thanks Jeremy!) I should note too that the estimate was emailed to me within a day or two - no long delays! (Unlike one place I went to - they never even emailed me an estimate!)Fast forward to the actual repair job and the result was just fantastic! For a much lower cost, they did an excellent job and you can barely see any remaining scratches. Very impressive. The man I dealt with when picking up the car was also so friendly and professional - just a great experience once again (unfortunately I did not get his name).All in all, it's clear to see that the staff at Recon Express love what they do and helping people out with car repairs. Every person I dealt with demonstrated this. The job (because it was smaller) was quick to be booked in after the estimate and it took the amount of time they estimated it would - and the cost matched the quote exactly. I think it's very telling that when I spoke to someone doing an estimate for me at a different shop (a competitor!), that they recommended Recon Express.I will happily recommend Recon Express to anyone who needs car repair. They may have an unassuming location off the main drag in Burnside, but don't let that fool you - these guys know what they are doing, have the customers' best interests at heart, and really showed such a friendly and welcoming demeanor that I was just so happy with the whole process :) Thanks again everyone at Recon Express!!

This summer I was involved in a a motor vehicle accident….having been struck by a driver whose dog got “under her feet”. My car was 7 years old, but in excellent condition. ReCon Express was suggested by Fairley Stevens Ford as the business they send their cars to. Josh at ReCon kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked my car up, the body work was excellent, paint blended beautifully; and they even cleaned the inside…looked like it had been detailed! I will recommend ReCon Express to everyone I know. They do excellent work there on the small jobs I had done there the paint on my vehicle is a tri colour paint and it has to be sprayed on from what they tell me in three applications and I can't tell you where they painted it excellent job Recon.

My brand new vehicle had been damaged during rust coating, and the team at Recon Express fixed it so well that you would never know it had been damaged! There were dents as well as paint chips, and they were able to fix both beautifully. They were accommodating to my schedule and finished the repair quickly. I'd definitely recommend Recon Express!The picture of the before and after shows the quality of their work!
