My partner and I go to Sephora together, I always know what makeup I’m looking for but neither of us knew which products worked for our skins, each time we’ve gone they’ve helped us find more products that work, and the staff who helped us were absolutely wonderful ! Shout out to Victoria, Alex and Zander! My partner does construction and isn’t the most familiar with a beauty store but even when he’s gone in without me they make him feel welcome!

Pretty good selection of products, and I have had some employees that were very helpful! However every now and then there seems to be at least one employee keeping close eye on you, whether it be following you around the store or staring you down, which can be uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand there is a theft problem and you have to stay observant, however you might have to consider implementing strategies to deter theft that don’t compromise the comfort of your customers.

I came in today, at the MMM location looking for a perfume sample kit, and was just leisurely browsing the perfumes, and Victoria came up to help me. She was such A lovely person, Extremely helpful and she had the type of energy that you could just tell babies and dogs love her. I was really impressed with the way she went above and beyond for me and I really hope her management team sees this and shows her some love. That was honestly one of the best and most kind shopping experiences. I’ve had in a while.

Firstly it was nice to deal with a lady (Victoria) who was really helpful but on other hand there was a guy got grey hairs, can’t remember his name was extreme ridiculous just giving some unwanted explanations, hate his attitude.

Went in to pick up an online order 1 girl seen me standing by the online order pickup counter totally ignored me walked by, I had to eventually go ask her she seemed very annoyed. Asked me my name went out back got it never said a word to me and I said thank you and not a word just walked away from me. Bad customer service she was a younger girl hopefully she doesn't treat all customers that way. I'll choose to go to another sephora.

I walked into your store yesterday and had a n amazing sales person named Zander. I told him my skin issues on my face I was experiencing. He took the time to get my background information on skin care products I have tried and what I currently use. He recommended Skinfix Foaming Gel Cleanser,Cream, and collagen activating serum. He gave me specifics on when and how to use and other tips. Credit to this person Zandar, I used this product before bed last night and when I woke up, it was already working!!! My redness has gone down 80% and looks like i am on my way to clear skin! This is an amazing product that I hope will change my life. ( Currently think I have rosicia and am very self councious with this). Zander, keep being amazing! I will send all my friends to you for advice!! Thank-you so much and you are highly recommended!

Everytime I come to this location I have an amazing experience :) I’m such a sucker for good customer service! I always forget to grab her name, but the sweet girl with curly auburn hair is always SO sweet to me! Such a lovely person to chat with. She makes me feel so welcome in the store! Girly deserves a promotion XOXO see you next time

I purchased products worth above $200, on July 3rd 2024 at Mic Mac Mall , Dartmouth.They said they will send an E-receipt but I never received it. Today is July 6th 2024 I went back to the shop to inform them that I did not get the E-receipt and I requested them for E-receipt or the paper copy. But the lady at the counter was extremely arrogant and rude. She did not provide the bill. It was a really bad experience and did not expect such behaviour from Sephora staff.

I recently visited the MicMac Sephora when my skin was breaking out like crazy- I was desperate to find something that worked for me but had absolutely no idea what to use.
Graydon was so kind to help me find the right product. He was very knowledgeable and gave many options while educating me on why he thought my skin was breaking out. I left with a product called “skinfix” and it had cleared my acne in 2 days!

I went to pick up a new clay mask and was helped by employee named Graydon! Graydon was more then helpful and even recommended I take advantage a 4x the point event by purchasing something small with my clay mask purchase.
I received my emailed receipt and was even left a personal message by Graydon thanking me for coming and hoping I enjoy my new product.
Warm customer service like that makes the shopping experience so much better and it makes me want to come back in to that location again!

I bought a gift card and the store associate charged me the amount i asked for and did not load the balance on it my gift card says it has 0 balance....the store associate was a tattoo girl who looked shady , pathetic service and charged me the amount.
Looks like a scam to me ....she charged me the amount and did not even load the balance on it .....i forgot to check the balance on site and when i was trying to use the card at sephora website it says the card has no balance inside .....this is disgusting on the sephora store side ....I wish i knew the girls name on the counter ....freaking scammers inside the store

A product I bought from the store was defective. I contacted Sephora online and they said I had to take it in store. I took it in store and they refused to replace it. They said it was over 60 days (even though I contacted Sephora online within the 60 days and they did not mention I had to return it within 60 days). They also said it had to less than 50% used. These are the acne dots and the dots on the bottom of the bag were the ones that were defective. I clearly stated I was returning the product because it was defective, not because I didn’t like it. This store does not stand behind their products. And the real kicker is that the staff in store acknowledged that this is a KNOWN issue with this particular product. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend this store.
