I went there tonight around 9:40 pm to get gas and pay at the pump. Didn't see the sign on the door "in the washroom". Myself and others stood outside in this freezing cold, waiting for the attendant to come along. Nothing. My transaction canceled because it took too long. Needless to say, we all left. I understand having to go to the washroom but be mindful when youre the only person working, that people will show up. Wasnt giving "convenience" for a convenience store. Apparently this is an ongoing problem. I won't be going there again.

Just went to this gas station did the interac payment method for fuel asked for 40.00 approved for 40.00 begin fueling pump stops at 29.65! Go inside cashier says my car is full ! I say no it isn't then shrugs his shoulders. I replace nozzle get my reciept says I purchased a car wash! NO I DIDN'T I DON'T GO THROUGH CAR WASHES.I ask for my money back tells me he will not berates me tells me to leave. Poor customer relations kids have no respect for the older generations

All other cashiers provide great customer service but there is a guy named Anil he is very rude and has no sense to talk with customers. Me and my friend went for a car wash on may 5 2024. we had some questions and he was answering them rudely and awkwardly.Please teach him how to deal with customers.

Three times, I have purchased a carwash there only to find out that the carwash is closed for maintenance or cleaning, but it didn't stop the attendant from selling me a wash. As well on multiple occasions I have attempted to get fuel at this location in the evening, only to find the pumps shut off while the attendant was taking an extended washroom break. It might be the most convenient location, to me geographically, but I doubt I'll be going back any time soon.
