Besides the rat infestation, its ok... from the years buying snacks in many places, this is the ONLY location where I always have to check for rat bites and holes or to ensure its airtight to identify these holes in the chip bags I buy. I had to return the bags more than a dozen times. Though the employees would claim thats how they get it from the supplier...1. I cant say its from the supplier because this has never happened to me when purchasing the same products coming from the same supplier that handles other nearby locations.2. If they claim this to be a constant issue and try to blame the supplier, it would make sense that Shoppers would do quality control checks on received products based on this consistent issue. Since this is not being done, it isnt a supplier issue and shoppers employees should stop trying to point fingers and actually get something done.

We went to the Wyse Rd. Shoppers pharmacy primary care clinic for a strep swab for my son. The pharmacist said no, nothing going on with those tonsils. Not enough symptoms. Back in the car, I shine a light on my son's tonsils, they are horrible, huge, red, full of white pus streaks. And no, Covid doesn't match his symptons, and so no suprise, his covid test came back negative. But thanks for the inaccurate advice. The strep swabs are cheap, its a $5 test. I know, because I just bought some from Amazon. Don't waste your time coming here for care. My concerns about my son's health were not address at all. # thats ok, google and amazon were helpful

Absolutely terrible experiences with this pharmacy in the past week.My father who has been battling cancer and just had two major surgeries needed some prescriptions filled, and the main most important one they completely “forgot” to fill it .. leaving me having to go back and pick it up later that same day.Now my 5 year old needed antibiotics, they said they gave me 3 days worth out of 5 .. yesterday was day 2 and I barely had enough to give her .. now I get to go pick up the rest today so let’s hope it’s enough this time.. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location.

Posted hours on some piece of paper taped to the door show you close at 10pm when online shows 12am as well as the large sign on the building indicates a 12am closure... Would be nice to know your actual hours before arriving as this is typically my go-to spot for late night shopping.

Amazing service today!!! I’m without a gp and needed prescriptions refilled. Cindi at receptionist was absolutely lovely, professional and so helpful (not just with me but everyone who checked in) Michelle, the Pharmacist was just as amazing, very thorough and answered all my questions. I am so happy with my experience and would give them both 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much !

Had a terrible experience with the wyse road shoppers pharmacy staff. The pharmacy staff member could not have been more unfriendly. A course in empathy could go a long way. I had an appointment with a pharmacist scheduled for my daughter and was minutes late due to road traffic out of my control. The pharmacy staff simply said you missed your appointment too bad, didn’t care we were minutes late as she stated they had to have their lunch. I understand that breaks are important for staff members but better communication on the front end when booking an appointment would go a long way or finding an alternative to make it work would also be an alternative rather than a rude response and a terrible attitude. I will not support this business going forward.

I switched last week from Walmart and so far the filled a prescription I didn't call in at a dose I don't take. Have not filled most important prescription yet. Have canceled it three times without telling me before I arrived to pick it up. Then today I was treated like a drug fiend when I expressed my frustration over this being the second time I've arrived and the third time I've attempted to fill it. Instead of showing any customer skills at all she treated me like I was irate and screaming. No, I'd like to know of I can have my medicine!! They are still holding my medication for no reason.

The pharmacy has gone down significantly under the new ownership. Disorganized, people are nice but the place just isn't as well run as the previous owner.

I don't like this Shoppers Drug Mart for various reasons. But Kate @ the cosmetics counter has exceptional customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. I'm African NS and I needed a suitable sunscreen. Kate could relate to how some screens change your skin tone and explained the reason. We tried the tester, it was perfect Thanks Kate

Receive the wrong medication twice. They never seem to have the right amount. You always have to go back to pick up your remainder And when I said something to the pharmacist I was told. Well You can always take your business somewhere else.

Horrible service. The front cash situation is always a mess with some sort of issue, usually "technical," with one person trying to manage with no support. A customer shouldn't enter a store happy and leave in a fit of rage for simply trying to buy a handful of things. Not the first time, but it will be my last. The owner needs to get their act together and get involved.

The Shoppers itself is fine but at the pharmacy I always struggle to get them to fill my prescription and I have to stop in and ask about it or get it sent more than once and I've been coming here for months now with the same prescription, and when they do fill it it takes more than 5hrs and they often fail to text me to let me know it's filled, and I don't live close enough to it to be able to stop by several times a week to try and get them to fill a basic prescription (and it's an ongoing not temporary prescription so there's no excuse for all the issues).
