Very rude response from owner and lied that there was a customer ahead of me where as the guy was talking to me like if he was owner. So i have decided I would never do any business with this store. Learn how to speak whoever enters the store no matter who it is.

Whoever is working right now Sat, Dec 9th at 5pm is the most horrific cashier that both me and my mother have ever dealt with. He needs to learn respect and how to deal with customers. Terrible service, rude and made a personal degrading remark to me on the phone. He should not be working there.EDIT:Here's my reply to your also horrific reply to my review⤵️1. When she came back from your store yesterday, she told me how she was treated in the store and was pretty much crying at how rude the cashier was to her.2. She wasn't looking for SUMMER edition, get your facts straight. She was looking for any red bull that wasn't regular *I* mentioned that on the phone to the cashier, when he asked me specific flavours and I was trying to think off the top of my head- that has nothing to do with her. Nice one though.3. On that phone call, the cashier then in turn tore a strip into me after I asked SOLELY about red bull flavours. I did not mention my mother or her trip there. The audacity of a cashier to interject (and off topic by the way)to tell me I shouldn't be putting my mother in this situation, is out of pocket, rude and disrespectful. She's an adult putting herself in this situation with 3 other children.Who, as cashiers, has the right to comment on someone's personal family life they know NOTHING about and is NONE of their business?Not a rude convenience store cashier, that's for sure.Projecting his anger and frustration from my mother to me.Disgusting.But yes, as a paying customer who cares, right?4. Where I work as manager, anyone who comes into my store confused, elderly and having memory issues, they are treated with the utmost respect, and yes, both me and my staff do take the small amount of time out of the WHOLE day, whole WEEK to be their caretaker in my store for that small amount of time they are there. It's called compassion and customer service.Look it up.We don't find their children and verbally assault them and tell them what to do in a situation they know nothing about.Take notes.5. She has been a patron to that store for over 10 years, longer actually. And never has she been treated as such.And without YOU as the owner, reaching out to me to smooth anything out, find out the issue, solely relying on your incorrect staff relay you run with non factual info and make personal family digs as your ammo.Do Better.6. I'm sorry my elderly paying customer of a mother is a nuisance, annoyance and bothersome for you. I'll refrain from being a patron at your store in favour of being treated with respect elsewhere. If she shows up there and you want to ban her, that's your choice.

I order from this store fairly often, they pretty much always have what I'm looking for. Tonight I included a little note on my UberEats order just listing which replacements would be best if the flavor of drink i ordered wasn't available (ordered multiples).I got a note back in my order, and i have to say it made my night. What a nice gesture,thank you Showtime!

Worst place. Lady work there have zero customer skills. Whenever i go there she behaves very rude and disrespectful. She is clearly a recist.
