Great in store service, then complete failure after that. They seem to be unable to ever deliver the products you have purchased. The delivery team are comical in their utter incompetence. They are more interested in listening to Cricket on their phone than making sure you receive what was ordered. Even when their delivery happens, their assembly is a mess. Don’t waste your time, as they are more than happy to waste it for you.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I finally got myself quality pillows after years of sleeping on random Walmart junk. It’s nice to be able to ask questions and actually see how the products feel instead of rolling the dice online or at a big box.

Dave at Sleep Country in Highfield Park was fantastic! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience painless! My daughter wasn't looking forward to trying out a bunch of beds, but Dave was very quickly able to narrow it down to just a few for her to try, based on her sleeping preferences, and we were in and out of the store within 30 minutes, and had the bed delivered a few days later! We'll definitely be going back there soon when our other daughter needs a mattress!

The experience at sleep country supercedes all the other mattress places that I visited and I will go no where else but Sleep Country very respectful compared to the other places.

Pathetic customer service My scheduled date for delivery was 1july 2023 i talked to sales guy that its canada day can you guys do that for that specific day and i was being promised that it will be delivered on that day so i made plans according to that for my moving then received a call from delivery that they cannot day on that day as it is canada day my concern was why you promised then now they are delivering on june 30 and i have to get a rental truck from my pocket just for one mattress and when i called sales team and talked to Michale he was super rude to me and asked me to talk the sales guy who made the booking like seriously you guys have no communication at all blaming each other instead of finding solution for my problem. I don’t even want that mattress and if i took that will be my last spending in sleep country .

Lots of options and brands with matresses and pillows. It's nice that you can try out many different combinations of those.

Just a bad expiernce with purchasing a bed even when they tried to help it was a mess up I bought two beds over the years and now a head board . Wait tell you see the crew that going to put it together ????. It was a diastor to say the least
