Be sure you want the shoes before you buy them. Had to return an online order because of uncomfortable fit; wore them less than 10 minutes indoors only. It took two employees 20 minutes of humming and hawing, brushing the shoes, fondling them, etc. I thought they were about to get out a magnifying glass while a steam of other customers waited. The 'manager' was unclear of the store's own return policy. Buy at your own risk.

I went in knowing I wanted Berkinstok boots, but I hadn't decided which style. The sales rep was kind enough to take her time with me and let me try both on at the same time in the colors I wanted so I could make a choice. It was because of that customer service that I was able to be completely comfortable with my purchase.

I recently visited Softmac and was shocked by the poor management and customer service. After receiving no help from the staff, I spoke to the manager, who was even worse—dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. Rather than offering solutions, they brushed off my concerns, claiming they were too busy to assist. The lack of care from the manager set a terrible example for the staff, who were equally unhelpful and uninterested in assisting customers. It’s clear customer service is not a priority here. I left frustrated and won’t be returning to Softmac anytime soon. Avoid this store!

I literally can't stand this store. I have *tried* to shop for shoes in here multiple times and not one single time has anyone even looked at me, let alone offered to help me. They don't even come out from behind the counter. I'm surprised they are still open. I was in there today, completely alone with two employees. I purposely walked around the whole store twice, slowly, to see if I would get so much as a greeting and NOTHING. I was actively shopping for new shoes. Multiple pairs and styles and I didn't even get a smile. It's sad. They could probably be making so much more money. Even if they are doing well now, with a couple good team members they could be killing it.

Tried calling them for 3 days once someone answered Phone they hung up on me 3 times .Lady who answered phone was very rude and hung up on me again . I was looking at buying boots but now I really not gona do business with this location .

I guess they don’t answer their phone for a sale. Tried calling a dozen times over several days, during the daytime, evening and night. No one ever picks up the phone.

I was searching for footwear for my 4 year old who deals with benign hyper mobility issues of the feet and ankles and the sale associate was quick to look for sizes and listened to my concerns of needing a particular fit and material. We tried on a few pairs to compare and had a successful visit and new shoes to support my daughters feet. Happy with my experience!

Need more staff. The 3 people that were working were run off their feet! People were mad & left due to the lineup.
