Tried calling them for 3 days once someone answered Phone they hung up on me 3 times .Lady who answered phone was very rude and hung up on me again . I was looking at buying boots but now I really not gona do business with this location .

I guess they don’t answer their phone for a sale. Tried calling a dozen times over several days, during the daytime, evening and night. No one ever picks up the phone.

I was searching for footwear for my 4 year old who deals with benign hyper mobility issues of the feet and ankles and the sale associate was quick to look for sizes and listened to my concerns of needing a particular fit and material. We tried on a few pairs to compare and had a successful visit and new shoes to support my daughters feet. Happy with my experience!

I bought a pair of Blundstones from this location on December 27th and it turns out that they are 1/2 a size too large. I found this out when I wore them for the first time (at work indoors for about four hours on Tuesday. I took them back to the store on Tuesday night where the sales associate inspected them and said they had a three month return policy and would gladly exchange them for a smaller size....but they needed the original box. After two days of searching, I located the box and merrily made my way to Softmoc to make the exchange this morning. The manager was working there this time and refused the exchange, saying that they had too much wear. When I told her that her employee had said they were fine two days ago, she countered by saying that she would have a talk to him to teach him the proper way to determine wear. I argued that if I'd have had the box the first time I came in, the exchange would have been made with no fuss and they would have gotten a great Google review. Not now. Get your overpriced shoes/boots/moccasins somewhere else. This company is a poor example of customer service. When ANY employee makes a determination as to whether or not a product can be returned, that decision should be honoured by management. They should have been trained properly in the first place.

I understand that it's Christmas time and it can be challenging to deal with the rush and stress of people everyday at this time of year! Trust me I get it I'm a nurse and deal with rush and stresses everyday, however; I will not be back into this location again! I went in tonight understanding it was going to be busy and made sure I had time to wait, when it was my turn to be get assistance and made my request for specific size and color I was met with hostility and ignorance. Was then told it would be about 30 min before they could find my order then came back a moment later to tell me they had zero in the store when online said they had multiple. Needless to say I did not make a purchase and will not in the future.

I was there on Friday and it was very busy. The girl helping me discovered I had two email addresses. One had a 20 dollar credit and one had 10. She took the time to call customer service and combine them which ended up giving me a 40 dollar credit. I couldnt have had a better experience. I would not have known this if I had bought online so I'm really glad I went to this store.

Very rude customer service associate I had to experience today. She shouted at my wife and me as well when we asked her a simple question on the duration of manufacturer's warranty.Soft Mac needs to train their staff at Mic Mac Mall

Love this store! They have an awesome variety of styles for women, men and kids! All of my favourite brands and great deals in the clearance sections. For sure one of my favourite places to go when looking for shoes.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. The girl who was helping me yesterday was one of the rudest customer service employee I have ever had a chance to deal with. She was down right unwelcoming and a couple times raised her voice to me. I had questions about blundstones and she wasn't very friendly about answering. I was brushed away a few times and made to feel stupid. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but man she needs to keep it to herself and not take it out on customers. I felt like a nuisance to her. The the other two girls with her were more polite but honestly after how I was treated yesterday I would never shop at this location. I also had problems with my visa card as the machine wouldn't let me tap, she asked if what type of card I said visa, it got declined and she accused me of saying debit which I don't have. I explained to her that I only have visa but instead she insisted that I apparently told her debit. She argued for a good few minutes telling me "No, you said debit" like wow. Not only was she rude but arrogant too! I did however purchase my first blundstones somewhere else and I'm happy with it. Glad the store didn't take my hard earned money. To the lady who tried to "help" me yesterday: I hope your day gets better today and that you treat people with kindness next time, you know it doesn't cost a thing right?.. Thanks
