I recently had an unfortunate experience with sportcheck Lemiar Row Dartmouth that left me highly disappointed. Don’t hired people who are very rude especially if you put them in front (cashier) and not so friendly. But some of the staff are helpful. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional, failing to meet even basic customer service standards.

Never felt so degraded in my life then I have tonight at this store by crystal the manager, she gunned me off and gave me dirty looks as I was shopping and wearing my ear buds, I was followed the whole time I was in the store and even had security guard came as I was leaving , I spent 1000 dollars in that stupid store in the past 3 days, and they don't even have a good selection of clothes so I will never return to a sports check ever again! I will be boycotting this place and definitely taking my business to foot locker!! If you got tattoos don't shop at this store you will be harassed!! Crystal the manager should learn some manager skills working at a store!! She's very unprofessional and stereo types people!! Bad business if you ask me!!

Just wanted to share my experience on May 8, 2024.....I was going there to find nylon pants for my son and was looking around and a girl that works there as me if I needed help and I said oh yes I do. This girl was so polite, pleasant and very very helpful .....I ended up leaving the store very very happy. I would like for her to be acknowledged...her name was Drew....thank you Drew for being so patient with me you are truly amazing at what you do...Till next time I need help I will be looking for you lol.

Every time I come to this location in particular the staff go above and beyond to help get me the deals and merchandise I am looking for. The last few times there’s been errors beyond the staffs control (ex. Orders not arriving in time for pick up) and they’ve been so great to rectify the situation.My partner didn’t get the guys name, but whoever helped him order and re-order north face slippers on the 23rd and 27th you’re the best!
