Most friendly staff I have ever come across in my life . We came in just browsing and ended up buying a knife set and a candle , but the staff was just so helpful not only on what they were selling , but also on advice on places to check out well visiting Nova Scotia. I hope to come back one day just to say hello again .

Never in my life have I ever met someone I don’t know the name of the lady that was working there, However, she was an older lady, and she was incredibly rude and condescending not in any way whatsoever. Does she present a positive, or even a welcoming type of atmosphere. I have never ever been spoken to in such a condescending tone in my life. Usually I find most people at stores are quite nice and I don’t like to complain about anyone or anything in any way shape or form however, it was to the point that I did not even want to walk in the store I will never go to the store again I will never ever recommend this particular store at Dartmouth Crossing to anyone Due to the fact of the outlandish behavior that I received from the employee .

The manager of this store was exceptional. I purchased a small item from that store and accidentally left it at the store. Almost a month later, after I still could not find the item, I decided to call the store to see if I had possibly left it there. At that time I spoke with the manager, who pleasantly took my information and offered to return my call, either way, to let me know if they had found the item. Shortly there after, the manager called me to inform me the item was left at the store, and it was put aside with my name on it, so I could go pick it up. I was so thankful, that as a customer, I was treated in such a respectful manner. The other staff at this store were also very helpful. For other purchases, I will definitely make this store my first choice.

Wow was I there a month ago. ACTUALLY WAS NEVER THERE IN MY LIFE. And I have been waiting since 1967 for the leafs to win the cup. No I was never there EVER THERE
