This location has a great team that takes the extra steps for its client ( even after a sale ). A big thank you to Livia and Melissa for taking charge of a quality issue I had with one of my orders. Rude staff... Rude behaviour...If you are on customer service just learn to behave well. Very much disappointed. Bayer's lake Structube staffs are really nice and welcoming.

The service is 5 stars, but the quality is abaolutely garbage. Id give minus stars if I could.I bought a dresser Clarence 4 drawers, it arrived completely smashed. I contacted them, staff was great, they said they would order a new one, inspect it, deliver it and pick up the other one while dropping the new one.Fast forward a couple weeks, today, the new one arrived. Upon opening it, my wife notice that the front bottom corner as well as the sides where the legs connect with the dresser, were damaged.Absolutely awful quality.(My king bed Clarence, on the other hand is very good and solid)

As for the place and its attention, it is very good, but its logistics are a bit slow and not very detailed. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my purchase, which has been in transit since August 31.

Big store, lots on display, great sale prices. Staff does not harass you to make a sale. Lovely shopping experience.
