Do not order on-line. You get a package you believe is what you ordered. You pay the duty on it, because it is coming from the States into Canada. You have ordered a white sleeveless dress with floral embroidery around the skirt. To go with it, a mint green shrug. Imagine opening the package to see one pink, windowpane print, button up tunic. Devastation beyond words to describe my sorrow after trusting this company to deliver their product into my country. Grief for paying duty on a package that wasn't even my order. When they say buyer beware, this is what they mean.

I ordered 2 sweaters online that were flagged as in stock.. and it took 8 days for them to send me a message to tell me the product was not available. Not a good 1st experience with Talbots on line

For someone who finds it challenging to shop petite sizes, I was pleasantly surprised with Talbots.....especially when it comes to pants. I also was pleasantly surprised with their prices....very reasonable.

Not my usual shopping spot but was given a gift card for Christmas. I actually needed a nice pair of dress pants, so decided to check Talbots out. I forgot about the quality of their merchandise and was thrilled to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff were super nice and made me feel like I was a long time customer. So many new items, I just might become a regular.
