I put 1 $100 bill in the machine to deposit.
The machine says i put .02 cents in the machine.
Td rep on the phone told me a week I might get my money back.
I had the bank account for years. They want customers to suffer before they try to help.
17 hours later... after going to the bank 2 times after in person to get help they gave me $56 in bank charges back. And I get my $100 next week maybe. Giving me $156 if I wait.
On my 1st visit today the lady manager laughed at my situation and told me to go get in line with a clerk. She was very rude and selfish. She even had time to tell me its her 1st day back after 4months, well telling me she wasn't going to help me and my kids get our money her bank stole.
36 hours later after giving me bank charges back to wait for my money, they slammed me with $17 bank charges.

Small bank , but only bank in neighborhood . Tellers are friendly , except young white guy who seems to have left. Service is pretty decent at this location.

I was in Monday afternoon I went up to the teller asking if they sold the Lunar Tiger silver coins they told me not at this location, but the one on Barrington Street she went above and beyond for me by trying to send Branch manager email to see if they have any left and how much the cost would be. She even printed me a map of location of Branch. She gave me the phone number of other branch. The other teller had a pride TD lanyard that I liked. I've asked I would love one. So she went in the back and dig one out for me. After I called other location I went back to tellers and said is there a way to give you both a review of excellent customer service above and beyond. They thanked me and said that's so kind of me. So she told me that I could talk to the branch manager in the office. We talked for a little bit telling how their employees are so great at what they do.I forget the names of the tellers but thank you again. So thank you again. I did get my coin ☺️

Every time I need in-person service and need to go into this branch makes me want to kill myself. It is woefully understaffed during daytime hours and when I was last in, they lost the document I needed sent through to Waterhouse. I am in the process of trying to get all of my funds and lines of business out so I can move to a credit union where they might treat my business with more respect.

I was in financial trouble thanks to Walmart Mastercard, Evan and his team were able to get my needs sorted out in break neck speed. Within six hours of my visit my debt was consolidated with a much lower interest rate for repayment. This bank is definately a cut above the rest for their dedication to customer service

Excellent customer service every single time I visit this branch. Every person that has helped me has been knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very nice. If I have either or both of my grandsons with me, they go out of there way to acknowledge them and always offer crayons and pictures to color. Not only is everyone friendly, it is genuine. I wouldn't bank anywhere else and I was in banking for over 25 years and I am very picky. Thanks everyone your hard work is appreciated!
