Just had the worst service I’ve ever delt with from a lady named gabbi. Ignored everything I said and when I pointed out the better price I found my self when she couldn’t she tried selling me the more expensive plan despite me already saying no, then she shrugs and said okay I guess we can do that one and rolls her eyes, then as we’re talking she stops me and says “you’re gunna have to wait a few minutes I have to go throw up” insanely unprofessional, then before I finalize I ask about the data and make sure I have Canada and USA plan and she says “ugh I’m gunna have to start all over to tell you” to which I respond that I’m sorry but she should have told me all my contract information before going to far along. And she signs and says okay I guess I’ll start all over.. insanely unprofessional I just walked away when I was ready to buy the newest iPhone. Will be finding a new company

It would be good practice for the employees to verify the address before setting up accounts.I will not be going with Telus after the get really bad experience of spending 4 hours in the store just to set up and cancel an account in two days.

Stephen was such a great help today. Telus sucks but Stephen rocks! He is the reason I didn't just cancel my plan and leave Telus. Thank you for coming through & helping me. Great customer service, he deserves a raise.. Seriously. Maybe I'll hire him myself.

My father is with Telus. The fact that this operation wants a $50 fee on top of the purchase of a phone to connect it to the network is disgusting. Money grab and the reason why government needs to step in the deal with these monopolys.
