Such great customer service, was looking to hire a mobility scooter whilst on holiday in Halifax from the UK. In the end we had to cancel our trip. But the ebike centre and Lauralee could not have been more helpful. Super easy to deal with, very responsive and so helpful.

Hit a flat tire nearby and thought I was going to have to call a friend- I have a road bike… stopped in the E-Bike store here and the staff gave me a pump and helped me get back out on the road!!! Super friendly staff and awesome store.
