loved this store when it just opened but every time I go there now the staff is different. Most recently I was looking for help and was outright ignored by a worker on the floor, then when I went to checkout and mentioned this I was told that it was the manager? Unbelievable.

I don’t know what they’re doing at the manufacturer for puma but I bought shoes from this location in May 2024 one week of wearing them my feet broke out in a really bad and painful dermatitis…took me over a month for it to go away something to do with whatever is in the material or chemicals to make those shoes, it can’t be good…

Customer service needs some training. Cashier kept asking for help from the supervisor, and he didn't know what he was doing. But we love puma clothing.

I recently visited the store at Hector gate, and was shocked to see the attitude of the customer service at the cash counter. It felt like both the girls were pointing me out, which I ignored. However to my surprise when I went to the counter, one of the girl rolled her eyes as she has seen some Alien ?. On such diverse country I felt this was a racist expression. So sad to see such people working in customer service and face of the store, with full of attitude and zero empthay. And not even a C of customer service.....horrible and racist experience.

I usually visit this store to buy sneakers for my child. The customer service is wonderful here, however, I visited this store recently, and the lady at the counter was awful. Her tone was so rude. We went to her for billing, and she said, “Someone is already in the line, go back”. These were her exact words. But, there was no one in the line. We said sorry to her for that. But, then we realized there’s no one in the line. They were buying stuff, those people said to us, “Go ahead”. But, we waited. When it was our turn, the lady didn’t even look at us. We felt so embarrassed. She even charged us the original price of the hoodie. Then, I told her that it’s on sale. Then, she realized, but didn’t say anything. She then put the clothes in the bag as they were. This store is my favourite, but I will avoid her for billing next time.

I’ve. Visited the store first time and I can say, one of the worst customer experience I’ve had.Manager was okay but the other woman at counter doesn’t like what she does. I would avoid visiting next time if I had encounter to rude people for no reason.NEVER EVER AGAIN I’d visit the Dartmouth store when that lady is working.

After reading all the terrible reviews, I was extremely nervous checking out this place. I love puma so decided to take a chance and try it out anyways. The associates were extremely friendly. One lady in particular was very helpful, wish I had gotten her name, she kept checking in on us asking if we needed any help and suggested different shoes as well. Exceptional customer service. I would definitely shop here again. Not sure what everyone else was talking about but the experience I had here today was over the top!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience me and my friends encountered at your Puma shop located in Halifax, Dartmouth Crossing. Our visit was marred by issues that reflect poorly on your establishment's customer service.Firstly, we discovered a significant discrepancy between the displayed price on the shelf and the amount charged at the counter for the shoes we purchased. This inconsistency was both misleading and frustrating for us as customers.Furthermore, when we brought this matter to the attention of the manager, we were met with a harsh reply explaining that their Wi-Fi was down and, therefore, they couldn't process a refund in cash. This response seemed inconsistent, as other customers were successfully paying by card during our visit. The manager insisted on providing a gift card as the only form of refund, despite our preference for a different resolution.Moreover, the overall communication and handling of the situation, especially by the manager, were subpar. Waiting for more than 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience added to the unpleasant experience. The suggestion to return the next day, particularly considering we are not local residents, was impractical and added unnecessary inconvenience.It is disheartening to encounter such issues at a reputable brand like Puma.
