Product (food topper) contained hard sharp objects. Some were large enough they did not pass through the holes causing it to back up. I opened the lid to see the issue and found hard sharp objects inside. I was informed by a person who takes complaints that it was over dehydrated liver making it so hard. I was also informed it was a "Personal Problem" and that dogs chew bones so it should be no issue. I have a hard time feeding a small breed sharp, pointed, hard objects when it is suppose to be a tiny crumble.0% Satisfaction with product and customer service.

Horrible service. Been trying to order food for 3 days and no one calls back. Finally speak to someone after two calls only to be told I was 10 minutes late in ordering. Now our dog has no food and I’ll need to take time off work to go get some. Time to move to an online ordering system.Updated. We also went and spoke to a leading dog nutritionist and was told Totally Raw is missing a lot of nutrients our pets need to survive. I had asked the staff if this food was balanced and if anything needed to be added to be a complete meal. I was told nothing else was needed, just the food. Well that was a lie. Two weeks on the recommended food and such a difference. Buyer beware.Update. Now you claim I was being abusive lol. Wow you’ve been told by a lab that your product doesn’t meet the specs dogs need to live. I blocked you after I told you and you told me you knew who he was but didn’t agree with the labs findings. You became agressive and upset that he was saying these things. So I blocked you from harassing me, even after the offer of free food. Your words just prove to me that you’re a liar and will do anything to sell food lacking in the proper nutrients. Greed ruins people. Maybe it’s time to do what’s right and upgrade your formula. It all makes sense now, why no one will carry your food locally. Have a great day but please stop lying to people. It’s just not good business practice.

Always friendly staff.....always well stocked. Switchng over to this totally raw food type was the best decision for our older lab. Convenient parking up close to the entrance is a big help.Sorry to see that prices have bumped up.....slightly more expensive than regular product but the quality is there.

A real change for us, prices are better than a lot of places and most important things for us is the raw food although frozen still looks fresh unlike some of the competition whose meat looks frost burnt.
