I would like to express my gratitude to the store “Toys”R”Us.” I shop there for toys for my little one, and I recently purchased a 4-in-1 car seat. I’m very pleased with both the purchase and the store. I thought I would have to carry the seat from the store to the car myself, but an employee offered to help and carried it without me even asking. Thank you so much for such great service! The only downside is that some items are a bit pricey.

I went there to pick up birthday presents for my granddaughter. Tim, the manager, was working that Sunday, and he provided me with excellent customer service. He helped me find the doll and horse combinations I was looking for, then a birthday card and a birthday bag and tissue paper. It would take some time to get this done by myself. Tim also mentioned about having the grandkids sign up with the store and receive free gifts on their birthday. I will definitely visit again.

First time moms/ mothers go check out Phyllis customer care she is very knowledgeable about the products in their store very approachable she answers your questions what she don’t know she will take the time to find out she makes you feel comfortable in asking questions and tries to help with your fears and concerns check her out can’t find to many workers who knows their store go Phyllis at Baby r us thank you for good customer service 👍👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Since I was last here back in 2021, the store has changed a ton. No more statues/figurines, a new music section, and the prices are higher than at the comics shop I always visit when I'm here on vacation.

TRU is a sad shadow of its former glory, but it does have amazing AC! It's like it was tuned to run cool when more people were there, but it was a delightful ice box!
I was surprised to see the collectors section, but it was nice to geek out on some of my old faves for a few minutes. For that visit, I definitely didn't want to grow up, I could still be that Toys R Us kid...
