The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The check in was surprisingly fast for the number of us that were there for pick up. Drop off was quick, with a very helpful and polite gentleman.

Terribly disorganized customer service. For example, the CSR was going to charge me $500+ when my reservation was quoted at $380. If I had not been paying attention, I would've been ripped off. For what it's worth.. the return of the truck at a gas station (U-haul outlet) in Port Hood, Cape Breton was painless. Probably because they are adequately organized.

Alex was professional and courteous. Renting a U-Haul has never been easy because of Alex. This guys deserves a raise and promotion. Will definitely go back to same place for my future rental needs and recommend this store to my friends & family members. Amazing customer service ? ?

No lights working in unit block reported 2 months ago still not fixed had to get one of staff to hold my phone with flashlight on to put and get stuff out of unit

Open till 5 isn’t a thing, open till 4:50 and refusing entry to customers in the top lot. Will likely look for another storage unit. I understand the desire to leave work as fast as possible. But I need my tools, and it’s impending my ability to work. Takes 5 mins to pick up my things. ?

Scheduled mobile pickup for 7 AM, location changed contract in their system without notifying me or the head office. Had to wait until staff arrived 2 hours later only for them to refuse me a vehicle. Avoid this location. Rude and unreliable staff.

Great location however feel a bit of double charge when you are charging for mileage which should be the gas coverage not charging to fill the tank up on top of that. What wassupposed to be 19.99 for a trip to halifax back to dartmouth in less than an hour with a couch, ended up close to $70 by the time i took a guess at how much gas was used as it was a rough guage

I booked a dolly online , but at the time of pickup , it wasn’t available, I was so disappointed ,they should keep the inventory, atleast for the people picking up with online booking

they game my reservation to a person i don't know, i am now scared that they disclosed my personal information to him too. the representatives are very unprofessional and offered no help at all

Did not have the reserved truck at location, then sent us 2 hours away to get a replacement vehicle, and then that place also did not have the vehicle. Failed to provide any useful service. The representative we talked to lied about various things, such as what the pick up and drop off process is, and what times we can call to address issues with pick up.
