Called 1 hour from closing and urgently needed a tire change. They had the tire we needed and stayed a few minutes past closing to help us out. Not only that but I probably called about 5 times asking a bunch of different questions and instead of getting annoyed they were professional and extremely helpful. Amazing service and will be back again for all tire needs!!!

One guy was extremely rude well changing out the tires smelled very strongly of alcohol. Stole from me and lied about it got absolutely no help from the owner. Don’t waste your money here. Nothing but drunks and thieves.

This is where I buy all my tires now. I have been buying from Alex for a couple of years and get great tires and service. If you are looking for quick service and much better prices than anywhere around then go here.

Had a flat tire on a Saturday and this was the only shop open without needing a appointment. Very friendly and honest and showed me the tire and showed me installing it. Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend

Tried to get my tires changed 4 times there. Was told to return the next day only to be turned away again. Very rude when attempting to call. All around a bad experience. Took my business else where and happy to never return.

Worst place you can ever be. Non serious lady for the business. Literally waited for 40 mins with a bunch of people and very rude. 0 customer service and prices of the tires were close to the new tires

I started going to Ultra (and it wasn’t called ultra at the time, as they used to sell wedding dresses and rent limos from the exact same spot..) when they first opened up shop more than 10 years ago, they were much better to customers and really wanted to help.. and their tires used to cost $25-$40 per tire, now you’re paying minimum $60/tire plus installation fees for subpar tires and they make you pay for the tires and labour before they install them.. And now that they became popular, they literally treat customers like they’re parasites, they speak with an attitude, arrogance and belittlement to their customers, they push on you mismatched tires and they claim that it’s safe, when in reality it is not safe at all.. they treat customers like they are a nuisance to them.. their tires honestly don’t last more than 2 - 3 months at best unless you’re lucky.. I took the tires I bought from them to Canadian tire to have them installed on new rims I bought from CT, but CT declined to install the tires, saying these tires were completely shot and cannot be installed and CT will not be liable if the tires caused an accident, so they declined to install them.. so I took them to jiffy lube and then to Mr. Lube, and they both declined to install the tires as well for the same safety concerns that CT had. So I took back the tires to ultra, and they declined to return them… they used to be awesome when the old man and his wife ran the place back in the day, now that the kids took over, the place became and overpriced careless dump.. I’ll never go back there again..

I've been going to these awesome folks for years. They found tires for my car. Sounds like a truism, but this is all they do - keep track of tens of thousands of tires so they can get them on your car.
You might have all wheel drive, but how are your tires? If they're anything like mine were yesterday, you need to go to Ultra.
