My family and I were welcomed politely and with smiles. The shopping experience was good. My son found everything that he wanted...more..actually, as he loved the hoodies collection. The staff told me about the store offers but was not complete with the info. She forgot to say that not everything was on offer. But she was very apologetic.

I have bought clothes from this store and my overall experience is not worth it to buy anything from this store. Store manager is rude and she is not trained to dealing with customer and how to talk with customer. They sold me damage clothes and not ready to replace it under 14 days return policy. Be careful when you visit this store and buy something from here.

Hands down the most unprofessional store in the mall. Workers have zero customer service skills, and are actively rude to customers. They refuse to sell items dressed on mannequins, even if it is the last item left. A gentleman attempted to remove a shirt from a mannequin to buy, and was quite literally yelled at by the staff working at the time. Another lady was advised she "should have started her Christmas shopping earlier" when inquiring about an item on a mannequin. Save your time, and spend your money elsewhere, unless you like being berated and receiving zero service.

Store wouldn't sell me items that were out avaliable and being shown on the floor. They stated it was because theu already did their inventory for the weekend. I was prepared to do all of my kids Christmas shopping during this visit. Unfortunately due to the awful staff I chose to spend my money else where.

First they lied about buy one get one store wide because when i got there they marked most items as buy one get one for 10..i Went to the store with my kids to and my total came to 59$,after waiting in line for half hour because the girl working wouldn't shut up long enough to do her job, she had the nerve to tell me she couldn't serve me because I had a 100 dollar bill. Definitely the last time I'll be giving them my money,went home with upset kids just because I wasn't broke .terrible customer service

Went to the store and ask the staff about some product she said she doesnt know anything go to next store and you will get some good collection from there. Staff is always chatting with other employees or with phone. Very bad customer service.Very rude never ever recommend.
