Went there for a issue in product and PRIYANKA in CUSTOMER SERVICE needs some training as she lacks knowledge regarding the policies and how to treat a customer.She doesn’t seem to be respectful towards her customer.I was speaking to her very nicely but It looked like if you have a complaint regarding a product it’s your fault.

They only have 1 fitting room working , one is missing door handle so fix it , you have 3 fitting rooms make them all operational.

I'm a new mom so I needed to quickly pick up diapers after an appointment before going home. The fellow that brought out my order was super quick and friendly. I had a great experience and he brightened my day☀️. He was so pleasant. If that's the service there I'll happily return again, because you don't get always get good service everywhere you go. Thanks for helping out a new mom and making her feel like a valued customer.

I generally like Walmart, but I hate self checkout. When I am done working, I am not interested in saving a multinational company money. When there is one person working the till, and half the self checkouts are broken, put someone on the other damn till. Sort out your staffing please and fix the broken machines for people that want them

I was looking for children's Slippers and couldn't find any after some time I went to look for a fashion associate and couldn't locate one I did however find someone not far stocking stuff and asked for assistance. She wasn't willing to take 2 minutes to help me. Fine I then asked her to page someone to that section to help me locate the item I was looking for her response"Your legs aren't broken walk to customer service" I asked her to page them down to the aisle again she again said your legs aren't broken. I said okay good enough I'll use them to find your manager and asked her for her name she refused to give it to me and hid her badge so I took a photo to make sure the manager knew who I was speaking about.She was by far the rudest most discriminatory unhelpful employee I've had to interact with. It's understandable if you don't know where something is or you have minutes left and you want to finish up buy there's ZERO reason she couldn't have paged someone else.

There are no barcodes on some items and I was told at checkout to replace it with new one by my own after spending an hour of shopping

I visited there yesterday, I was looking for griller it says that they had 2 in stock but nothing found on the shelves. I asked one of the employee (adarsh) if he could find it for me. He searched everywhere. And later he found it in the warehouse after searching for 20 minutes,That’s so kind of him.Appreciate it. Thank you for being so patient, kind and serve people with smile. Also, Special thanks to the lady who was working with him as well I don’t remember her name.

Very small, minimal selections, only 2 cashier checkouts the rest are self. I was extremely puzzled walking around the store looking for a refrigerated section of any kind - there are none! Not a good place to pick up essentials. Go for specific Walmart items and even then maybe check the stock on their website beforehand. Staff was nice
