Purely addressing the postal workers.
The team of gals you have in there now are completely inept, inefficient and lack any sort of customer service skills.
The gentleman that handled this desk , singlehandedly, before them puts not only their intelligence but work ethic to shame.
Additionally, I'm assuming they were hired to run their own terminals but from open to close, they run only one terminal as it takes both of them to process the simplest of requests. They even openly admitted to a room of 7 customers that without eachother around, they aren't able to even manage a customer pick up slip. Shameful.

Moved my prescriptions here to Pharmachoice , as I was pressured to use one of the big name pharmacy by my benefit's company. Now at pharmachoice I get the attention from the pharmacy I deserve and appreciate the professional service I receive.

I was going to get a booster shot for COViD 19 at this location. When I arrived, I immediately felt uncomfortable and I said to the desk clerk that this feels like a horror movie. Lights were dim and falling and the paint was old and dirty and peeling. There we two people waiting in the area supposedly after getting their shot, ya know, 15 minutes. They wanted to leave right away when they saw me come in. I had such a bad feeling about it, like something or someone in the underground economy was forcing me to voluntarily get injected with, whatever was in this needle, all prepared just for me. They couldn't fake looking like health professionals.They were there to hurt me with a needle, following organized crime issues...it was obvious to the trained eye. To anyone else..."These are the people in my Neighbourhood.". Not what I expected.Basically it was "Ok, all y'all with a needle come fill it up and poke people wanting a booster shot of the COViD vaccine." "get your fill up here...and poke poke"All the woman did at the desk was confirm my identity. She told me to take my jacket off and then sent me in to get poked by a woman that looked like an ugly man with tattoos on her hands. She didn't say a word. I said I changed my mind I'm not getting the shot. and got the hell out of there.Really NSHA?Houston?I knew you weren't to be trusted.OR...Sabotage. You pick

I LOVE this pharmacy. All the staff are friendly, and the pharmacists are super helpful. Also, if there's something you want and they don't have it, ask Jackie and she'll order it. Don't go to Shopper's when you can support this great local drug store.????

I have been coming here for years!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Westphal PharmaChoice and all of it’s wonderful staff. I personally have two autoimmune conditions and won’t go into many public places right now but I feel totally comfortable picking up my prescriptions from here because they are so diligent in keeping it safe and sanitized to protect customers and patients such as myself who really appreciate the above and beyond mentality that they have in regards to following health and safety measures. The staff is all extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly and efficient. Whenever I have had new prescriptions the pharmacists will give me very informative and clear instructions and guidance on use and answer any questions or concerns I might have. Even getting a flu shot is a breeze there. Thank you so much for always providing amazing service and making me feel like a valued human being and not just another customer!

Excellent staff and service. The people that work here seem to genuinely care about their customers and my interactions with them have always been pleasant and kind. They are taking the pandemic seriously and have done a great job in taking the proper measures to try to make sure that their staff and customers stay and feel safe. I've been going to Westphal PharmaChoice for years now and have yet to have a negative experience

We moved to this area 3 years ago and I often frequent this drugstore for our pharmacy needs and love the little gift section in there for add-on gifts. Plus the post office outlet is there as well. However, with recent events concerning covid I have stopped going there. I have a medical mask exemption and I am no longer welcome to frequent the store. Being a provider of health products you would think they would know the bylaw when it comes to health related matters but no, they don't. I even tried going in to the post office to mail cards with a shield on but my eyesight is bad and the shield gave me vertigo as things are blurry though it, I got dizzy and had to leave. I will now take my business to Lawtons and Shoppers Drug Mart, since they know the bylaw and honor exemptions. Lawtons has a great gift section too and they are a stones throw away from this pharmacy.

Try calling, the phone rings then someone in the store, at the post office department picks up and hangs up no "could you please hold or call back later, just dial tone
