Winners is a really good store to go to for clothing and home decor. The selection changes quite often and can be hit and miss, but there are many more hits. You can find that one off treasure. The staff is great and extremely helpful and professional, doing their absolute best. They are knowledgeable about the return policy, gift receipts, and gift card refunds. Customers are super happy with the service, though some miss the larger store.
Love it ! Everything is reasonably priced but I noticed for some items u need to open and check it first, sometimes its damaged (makeup, perfumes).

Went to the store two weeks ago and got a set of glasses. They slipped from my hand after I left the cash but was still in the store. Daniel was amazing—she assisted me in finding a replacement. Very good customer service!

I went to winners today at dartmouth location, Bernadette who works at the jewelry station, she is so professional and welcoming, she loves her job. she gives the best customer service, wish her all the best!
