I paid for service promised to replace my phone glass. I was refused the service, and I was quoted “busy time of year” despite being in line until served. I even typed in the issue to make it easy when my turn came up. I waited my turn, then was refused.
This is not service. You have humans that can make decisions not to be a sick just because you feel you’re busy. I drove two hours and waited in line for a service I was promised and paid for. You could have done the job in the time it took to explain you were too busy to do what you promised in a a contract. Thanks for nothing. Zero stars, the app even forced that.
