Getting a new phone/plan is always a hassle with crazy rates in Canada. I had the privilege of having business with Mo a couple times and I found him trustworthy and honest. He does his best to get a good deal for his customers and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend dropping by this shop and talk to him before buying a phone or changing a plan.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a mohammed in this store, they provide service through bell and Rogers, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness.From the moment I walked into the store, they greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in helping me find the perfect cellphone and plan for my needs. They took the time to listen to my requirements and preferences, and then provided me with several options to choose from, all while explaining the features and benefits of each plan.What I appreciated most was their transparency and honesty. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and instead focused on finding a plan that would suit my specific needs and budget.Furthermore, their knowledge of the products and services offered by both Bell and Rogers was impressive. Do not leave them with phones to be returned. We did ... Bell said that one of the three phones was not returned and we got stuck with a bill for $440. Despite numerous, calls, messages and promises by the Store Manager (who has now disappeared off to India for two months) and the Salesman who sold us the upgrade phones that the money would be credited to our account, we have not yet received anything. The store will not give details of the Wirelesswave Area Manager for us to call him/her and they do not return our calls to Customer Service. The latest promise was that they were preparing a pre-paid credit card on February 7th 2023 for us to use on our account. This hasn't arrived either. I guess the legal route is our only alternative. BEWARE.

Very disappointed. The sales person Sohail added mobile protection (without me asking for it) plan and told me that it's gonna be 6-7 dollars. Next month before I could cancel I got charged again but this time for 14.95 $ which is unacceptable. the mobile protection plan company told me that they are not responsible for refund , the sales person Sohail is telling me that he is not responsible either. it is a rip off I wasted 21 $ dollars without asking for a service, it was forced on me.
