“i’m a chunkier girl, and i usually can never find anything here and they don’t typically have my size (typically xxl) or things here that fit but when i was out i was like i’m just gonna look, i ended up finding my size in everything i liked and i tried everything on and it all fit and i even tried on a size large because it was super stretchy and it fit but it was just cropped because of my chest.. but it was honestly one of the best experiences in a long time in a fitting room especially this store and i ended up getting 2 tops i could wear to my work christmas party coming up! the staff was also super friendly and helpful in choosing the best top for my outfit vision :)”

“This is only my second Google Review in my lifetime, but I wanted to share how pleased I was with the service I received at Northern Reflections in Micmac Mall.
I received kind and courteous assistance from both Michelle Walsh and Ann Smith, but when she took payment for our purchases (I was shopping with my mother), Ms. Walsh not only folded our clothes very nicely (sadly a dying art in retail sales) but also immediately and graciously found a solution when my mother expressed concern about whether the dye on a denim skirt would get on a white garment, even though Mum was addressing me and not her.
I was really impressed with the quality of customer service there, and now I know why my mother wants to go in every single time we go to Micmac Mall!”

“Never thought a store could change this much! A few months ago, I had the worst experience at bluenotes. The staff were rude, and not a single person helped me or my husband. I swore I'd never return. But yesterday, I saw an 80% off sale and decided to give it another shot. The staff were completely different, and the customer service was incredible. The young Indian boy, who seemed to be the manager, was so polite and went above and beyond to help assist me. It was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a clothing store. I ordered items online and some were too small so I needed to return them. Fairweather has an exchange only or in store gift card only policy for returns.
I messaged head office regarding their policy stating I was disappointed in that policy and wished I could use their gift cards online as that’s how I typically shop as there is more variety online. They responded within hours telling me I could convert my in store gift card to an online gift card. They even followed up to see if I had exchanged my items yet. Once I had my in store gift card, I sent them an email, and three hours later they had my I store gift card changed to an online gift card!
Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! I will definitely purchase from this store again.
