They inspected my utility trailer and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Very friendly and even gave me great tips to improve on my trailer. This is the only place I go for any of my trailer needs.

Great service very friendly! Had a suspension issue with my trailer, it was brought in on Wednesday afternoon and was ready for pick up the next morning. I'll be a long term customer for sure. If I need to buy a new trailer I'm sure they will meet my needs.

The crew at Lake City were awesome to deal with, not over selling us but putting us in the right trailer for our needs, then adding the accessories we wanted to delivery in 2 days, there wasn't anything that they couldn't answer or do for us. I pulled in this morning with what I thought was a broken trailer hitch. They said they could get to it today and even gave me a ride home. They called be right back and gave me bad news and showed me my vehicle’s broken frame! It’s bad news for me but they were great in helping me figure out what my options were. Thanks Kevin, Shari & crew, you were all VERY HELPFUL!
