“If you are looking for a reasonably priced, (not the Hilton,) but CLEAN, firm mattresses, nice bedding, very hospitable owners and...if your lucky, and before October 30th, you have to try the restaurant!!!”

“I unfortunately had to travel to Digby for a funeral by myself with my 10 week old baby. The hotel is certainly dated but what it lacked in modernness it made up for it in cleanliness, comfort and great service.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and my view of the ocean was amazing.
Most of all, I want to say thank you to the woman at the front desk on the evening of Sept 29th. My son was inconsolable and I had taken him outside to try to calm him down and she came out to check on me. That gesture meant so much because in that moment I really felt alone. Just knowing she was around was extremely comforting. She let me know she would be at the desk until 11pm if I needed anything. I ended up having the worst headache and phoned her for some Advil which she brought to my room. Her kindness will never be forgotten and I wish I had have gotten her name!
I had a lovely breakfast at the motel restaurant and they even offered a 5$ off coupon !
All in all I am very happy with my stay.”
