Very well stocked, you will find everything you are looking for in food.
For the tourist, local products are identified.

This is a nice bright store with a somewhat small and uninviting entrance. Once you find the right way into the store it's very clean and neatly faced.
The individual working the self checkout podium was not very well versed on the pricing policies for multiple items sales, but admitted his lack of knowledge and rather than guess or assume, he took the time to find out. All while being pleasant and helpful.
It may have been the time of night, but some of dry good aisles appeared pretty sparsely stocked. The produce section however was very well stocked and looked great.

As seniors on fixed incomes we drive 47 km to the nearest sobeys store which is digby to buy specials in the flyer. We wanted quality street tin which is a Christmas tradition in England only to be told that the product is only available in the larger stores. Bad advertising.
