If I could give zero stars I would . Just went to fuel up my jeep tonite January 20th 2026. My transaction kept getting cancelled from the lady working inside as I was trying to pay at the pump . For some reason the pump was not reading any of my cards . So I walked inside in this windy cold we have right now to let her know the pay at the pump is not working and that I would like to pre-authorize my card so I could fill up . Her response was to go pump and then come back and pay . Well here in Canada that does not work . She said well we don’t have a fill up button . No I said I need to preauthorize so I can fill up . She said they don’t do it there . So whatever , whoever the older grey haired lady with the attitude is needs to have an attitude adjustment . She’s extremely rude to the customers and is eventually gonna force all of the potential customers away to another gas station like she did to me tonite . There’s nothing wrong with my cards , they worked just fine across the road at the Irving . You have just lost another loyal customer . Great job Shell in Eastern Passage .

Somehow customers are supposed to figure out that at a Shell gas station you have to go to the Needs store and pay there! How someone not from here should guess, than Needs and Shell is the same thing? The woman who works there - instead of helping, yells over the phone that you need to go inside, but doesn't even say where and doesn't listen at all to the fact that we want to pay, but don't know where the hell to go and pay!

Pumped $25 of gas. Waited for pump to suggest 'Receipt?''Receipt available inside'. Walked in, had to line up just for receipt. Customers don't need this bother. Clerk rude,compounding bad service. Won't be going to any Shell - this station is awful. If you hate your job so much, do everyone a favor and quit.

I have been here often getting gas. Twice at 11:50 pm on a Thursday night they are changing the price as I pumped gas so wrong with no apology saying it is automatically as you watch them change it remotely. To increase the price as the pump goes crazy making noise as they try to change.
