A very good shop with very interesting simple souvenirs for different tastes.
The person above complained strongly about the ban on photographs. I have a tip on this: If it is important for you to leave such a photo in your memory - just ask the person inside if it is possible to take a GENERAL photo of the shop, and not specific works up close. Because in the overwhelming majority of cases the written ban is precisely for this, to protect the idea of the creator of those works, the detailing of them... instead of just seeing the inscription, making up something for yourself, getting angry... and ruining the rating of the place.

Eastern Passage Village of stores is a tourism based money pit. The tourism months is when they make all their money and business.
Part of the experience of being a tourist for many is taking pictures to share memories with friends and family.
Not to mention the loss of business from customers and visitors sharing their store online to attract more business. What a way to shut the door on business growth.
Walking in this store you will find every shelf coated with signs stating " NO PICTURES OR VIDEO " / " NO PHOTOS BUY THE ITEM NOT TAKE A PICTURE " / " NO PICTURES "
I'm sorry but as a local this is a disgusting view of Eastern Passage for visitors. FAR from welcoming.

I went to shore things to purchase some items for my family out of province and the person working there was kind helpful and friendly. All the items the artisans make are for reasonable prices and it is beautiful work. While I’m not a tourist I will definitely be going back to shore things to continue to support these local artists! I recommend shore things if you are in the area!

Fun and friendly. Classic gift shop with plenty of beach side motifs and droll humorful gifts. I'm not much of a shopper but my wife enjoyed it.
