Didn’t try and upsell me knowing I had some brake concerns and was honest about the need for new tires. “Had a tire blow out on the highway and limped our way here. They didn't have a spare that fit on-hand, so they gave us one of their old winter tires and directed us to a nearby tire shop. No charge! Good people, can't recommend enough.”
