I made my decision to do my banking at the East Coast Credit Union after talking to several of their members. I often find talking to the customers of a business gives me a good overall feeling for the service I can expect. I feel confident with my decision.

This place is an absolute joke. I literally thought for a minute I was being pranked and filmed for a TV show.... This location does not have an ounce of urgency or care about your needs.

i wrote a negative review of this branch 2 years ago..and especially the people working there.two years later i am still enraged by the treatment myself. my wife.and my children received.if u value your dignity and self- respect i recommend that you NEVER EVER BANK HERE.
