A transmission fault warning took me here, and I received fabulous help! Matt discovered the part I needed was under extended warranty and so booked me in to have it fixed by a dealership closer to home. The extra mile Matt and Doreen went to help me sort out my car issue was greatly appreciated! It's all fixed now, at minimal cost to me. Thank you!

Our truck was bucking and Elmsdale Auto said the earliest they could get us in was the following Monday but said if we dropped it off they would look at it if they had time throughout the week. By Wed, they had figured out the issue and ordered the parts, meaning, when they got them on the Monday, they would be ready to fix it. Nissan failed to tell them that the part was back ordered, and they weren’t sure when it would be in. Matt took the time to find the part through another supplier that would have it to them in 10 days. We got a call 5 days later that the truck was fixed. The supplier got the part early and met them half way to deliver it and Elmsdale Auto was able to squeeze us in and got it fixed!! Amazing service! Highly recommend! They went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Had my Cube to Mats shop today I had a noise under the car and they found my sway bars what had been under a warranty had failed. They called and explained what was happening and ordered parts and I got my car back in one day. I have only had great service and they always explained what is going on.
Great work, fast, and honest.
I also want to say how great Doreen is at Customer service. Can't help you enough. Keep you informed. She makes you feel very important no matter how busy she is. I am sure she is an asset to Matt and his crew. Keep up the great work. Recommend them highly.

Since new ownership and new staff, the communication is extremely poor. I have had this happen last year twice and now again. It's very frustrating. Matt does great mechanical work, yet . . .

Excellent and professional service. Had my VW towed to the shop and within 24 hours I received a detailed quote for repairs. The job was completed quickly and they also found an issue from recent repair at a different shop that they were able to resolve. Thank you!!!!

Everyone here is super nice! That being said they are the most expensive place I’ve ever been to. They charged over $100 for an oil change. They dated my sticker incorrectly and gave me conventional oil instead of synthetic like I asked. Not to mention it took over an hour for the oil change. They confirmed I needed a new wheel bearing and charged me $60 when I asked them to look for sure. They said this type of thing wouldn’t be covered in their “complimentary inspection”. As a major safety concern I have to say this is a lie. They are the most expensive place I’ve ever been to. Quoted almost $600 for breaks and rotors on a Corolla. Over $400 just for parts when you can easily get it done elsewhere for less. I have had others share great experiences but I can say the opposite. After spending $198 to get my oil changed (with the wrong oil) I would never go back or trust what they have to say.

Service has gone downhill. Wife's car went in for transmission fluid change and they left the drain plug loose and leaking. Had to take it back twice for them to figure it out. Got my summers on and they didn't even check air pressure, all tires were under 25psi... 2 visits in a row both not done right.

I had taken my vehicle to Elmsdale Auto and that is how I met Matt. Well this week I had a different problem, I was stranded on the I95 in Virginia and I couldn’t get my vehicle fixed, it was diagnosed wrong. I called Matt in tears, and he did the most amazing thing. He went on a few forums and FB and posted my dilemma. Within an hour he was talking to someone that said they would help me. My vehicle is now fixed thanks to Matt! Not only does he fix my vehicle at home he went out of his way when I was in another country. If you need mechanical work done go see Matt, I can’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks again Matt!
