After having a nice Vacation in Nova Scotia, it was time to come back home to New-Brunswick. Luckily, my parents had decided to drive up and meet me at my vacation spot to drive back down together. Only 15 minutes after leaving, my alternator belt broke off! It was passed 5pm. Everything is closed. We get a towing guy who advises us that we could still drive the car not too far to get to a B&B (which ended up being fully booked) and he leaves. We do that, but everything stops working in the car, no power steering, can't shift, the car stops right in the middle of a convenience store driveway. I have my young child with me. We are panicking. We looked for over an hour to get a hotel. Everything was booked. The lady at the store calls McNeil's Autopro, they tell us they can tow, but it would be much later as they are on another tow job. We finally find a hotel more than 40km away. We bring my mom and my child at the hotel, and my dad and I go back to the car until they get there. The tow guy was very very nice. In the morning, I called in and the lady said they might not be able to get to the car today. I was understanding, but so stressed. The lady could definitely feel the urgency and panic in my voice as I explained that we were from NB and I had a young child. She soon called me back and told me they had a look, everything looked great except the belt, they had a couple cars to do first but that they would get to mine after. In only a few hours, my car was ready to go, not to mention at a very low cost! I was expecting hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I just about cried. I cannot be thankful enough that these great people helped reunite this family with daddy and our dog sooner than later. Great service, super friendly, I feel like they took into consideration our situation and went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient.

I am always pleased with the service at McNeill’s Auto Pro. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Always comfortable with leaving my vehicle with them, knowing that extra issues that aren’t issues will not be brought up. I highly recommend them!!!

Actual service was fine. My car needed parts and the fact I could not provide them directly from the dealer to try in lessen The cost is disappointing and sent me to your competitor.
