Great service from this location. First time taking my 2022 Sierra in, having my 2017 there prior to and never had a negative experience. Dealing with Dave is great, communicative and honest. Didn’t try and upsell me knowing I had some brake concerns and was honest about the need for new tires. This place often gets mixed reviews - however, from my point of view it’s a great spot in the community!

Jeff and Dave always pleasant and greet me with a smile. They get to know their repeat customers. They always give me estimates and time to think about doing repairs on my vehicles if necessary while always working to get me the best price on repairs.

One of the mechanics here helped us out, free of charge and at the last minute, when the underside of our car suddenly started falling off on the highway just as we were leaving to drive up to Cape Breton. He was lovely and gave us a quick, secure, temporary fix that let us enjoy our weekend without freaking out about car troubles. Everyone was very kind and polite! Thank you so much!!

Went to OK Tire in Elmsdale to have my winter tires changed to my summer tires. I was told (after they had switched the tires) that my summer tires would not pass inspection (my MVI was due in one month). I went to another garage to have new tires put on and an MVI done and they told me my tires would pass MVI and last another summer, maybe even two. To pass inspection for summer tires, they need to be 2/32”; mine were 6/32”.

Absolutely the best customer service out there in my opinion. Really can tell they look at you as a person and not a dollar bill. They really care about you and the service they provide. Will never go anywhere else for vehicle problems and/or tires. Top notch!
