I called the towing service guy who was great and recommended I get my vehicle towed here. They were able to get him in and help me out of a jam from breaking down from Moncton to Halifax. 5 star for this mechanic shop for service and friendliness.

The self serve washbasin are in urgent need of some TLC.
Both brushes are worn out and need replacing.
Mist of the clips to hold floor mats are broken and need replacing.
Very frustrating.

I was towed there by CAA but then when I got my service done there which was over $1500 they did not apply the CAA discount to my bill and said they couldn't redo the bill and apply it. They knew I had CAA because I did mention signing up for it before I got towed. Other than that the service was good and looked at in a timely manner.

Been using the self serve car wash for many years but today I had an incident and its not the first time. Both bays were in use so I was parked on the gas pump side waiting for one of the bays to be free; just as one of the cars was pulling out a car pulled in from the other side, what I call the exit side, and took the place. I said to the person that I was there first and was waiting for that spot. He swore at me told too bad and refused to move; its an awkward situation.Maybe you put signage up marking which side is the entrance and which is the exit, I think it could help with problems like this? I've seen it before where cars are lined up on both sides to use the same wash bay.

Best service station ever, employ locals, never makes you pay before you pump like some other places, also checks lotto tickets unlike others that have a Canadian flag in their logo

Took them almost two and a half months to get 2 rear struts they said it would take 2 weeks to get them I ended up call a different tow company and took it to a backyard shop they were done with her in two days lol thanks shell definitely will be taking my business else where oh and they said it was gonna be 2000$ in parts back yard guy charged me 650$ Will never be going there for work again just gas lol

Couldnt find the the bad suspension part even though it presents very vocally. Couldnt get common parts quickly. Parts quoted were double the price I can source them myself online (oem or better). Car returned to me with new warning light on, no notes from tech on this even though it presented as soon as I took the car back and was not present prior.Incompetent garage.

Parts price gouging here @ Don Mcneils Shell. Absolutely NO savings on car repairs because they MARK UP THEIR PRICES AND SMILE WHEN THEY DO.
